We have just arrived home from spending four great days at your resort. We totally enjoyed the beachfront room, all the amenities of the swim club, and all that your beautiful, well run resort has to offer. I booked from the website and wasn't disappointed. When we walked in my husband said "You nailed it this time" and indeed I had. We had a wonderful time and Top Mast is now our new favorite vacation spot. We will be back.

Our stay at your resort in September was absolutely wonderful. I found your site on the computer and was excited by the pictures. We were very pleased with our room. We also ate at the cafe and the food was great. The room was cleaned daily and the fresh towels were very nice. The indoor pool was great and the jacuzzi was so relaxing. Thank you for a great first experience and we will see you again next year for our vacation.

Our family just returned from a week at Top Mast and once again we had a great stay. My husband's family stayed there for many, many years when he was a child and we started coming again last year. Last year was good and this year was just great. Our 5 year old son had a blast both on the beach and in the new indoor pool. You all did a great job with that area, it was breathtaking when we walked in. The pictures you had on the website did not do it justice. In addition the cottage was clean and comfortable and the staff, as always, could not have been nicer. I just wanted to thank you and your family who I know work so hard there to provide our family with a great week and memories. My son has not stopped talking about it.

We would recommend this to anyone who wants a true Cape Cod experience. This is one to the cleanest, friendliest, comfortable places to stay. The owners and staff really know what they are doing to take care of their guests. They make you feel like part of their family. The buildings and rooms are very well kept and the view is breathtaking. I would give this resort an "A+++" You and your family will have the vacation of a lifetime at this resort. We will come for another 10 years!

Top Mast is a little slice of heaven. It is family-friendly, clean and homey with a private beach at your fingertips on one side and a pool on the other. The efficiencies are stocked with everything you need and the staff provides extra little touches such as towels being folded into seashell shapes and an extra small basin for those sandy feet. There are picnic tables and barbeque stands set up in front of the units. The beach is lit up at night so you can enjoy looking out as you sip your cocktails on the deck or watch a game of catch in the evening after the most glorious sunsets over Provincetown. We have been coming here for the past 20 years and this place has become home away from home for us. We highly recommend it.

Our entire family has been returning to the Top Mast Resort year after year. Everything about the resort is exceptional--the location right on the beach and the wonderful views that offers; the kind and attentive staff; the amenities of the rooms, which offer everything you'd need for a relaxed and comfortable stay. The environment at the Top Mast is laid back and unhurried, the perfect place to get away from it all. It'd be hard to imagine a better place to stay while on the Cape. Highly recommended!

I recently had the absolute pleasure of visiting the Top Mast Resort in Cape Cod. The property was immaculate and well maintained with beachfront accommodations overlooking the water. The rooms were equipped with all the conveniences of home, but were located directly on a pristine beach which made them extra special. Just being able to wake up in the morning, walk out the door and sit on the balcony enjoying the gentle crashing of the waves was priceless. From what I can see, the owners are currently in the process of making many upgrades to the rooms at the resort, which will only make an already great place even better. I couldn't have asked for a better location to spend my time in Cape Cod.
The restaurant that is located at Top Mast had excellent food and service!
In addition to the wonderful accommodations, I had the pleasure of meeting owners Al, Nancy, Jason and Adrienne. They were all so warm and welcoming which really enriched my stay at their resort. It was so nice to meet people that truly cared about the well being and comfort of their guests.
After having spent 3 days at Top Mast I am hooked. Although I currently live half way across the country I plan to make the visit to the Top Mast Resort a yearly event. It is well worth the trip and I would highly recommend it!!

This is what a Cape Cod vacation is supposed to be! Right on the water, clean rooms, close to attractions, but far enough from crowds to feel like you 'got away from it all' for a little while.
I can't say enough about the family that owns and runs this place! Al, Nancy and their kids are some of the hardest working, nicest people I've ever had the pleasure to meet. It's immediately obvious that they love what they do and where they live.
You will be very hard pressed to find a better combination of location, staff and accommodations anywhere on Cape Cod.
Oh... The new restaurant on-site is fantastic!

I am now grown and married, but I have been going to the Top Mast since I was a little girl. I have such fond memories of family vacations in Cape Cod. Al and Nancy, the owners of the Top Mast, warmly welcome us each year. They treat us like their own family and are always willing to help us in any way they can. All year long, I look forward to staying in a cozy room right on the beach. I am continuously impressed with the cleanliness, atmosphere, and hospitality of the Top Mast. I love listening to the waves at night and then waking up and stepping right into the sand. The view from the Top Mast is amazing. Not only is the water right there, but there is also a great view of Provincetown and the tip of the hook. The sunsets are spectacular, and my family always enjoys lobster right on the beach. Al and Nancy and the rest of their family help us gather enough tables to seat everybody. We especially enjoy when they join us for our feast. The Top Mast is a friendly and relaxed environment to create wonderful family memories. I am thankful that I have been able to spend so many vacations at the Top Mast because it is truly very special.
