A $500 Deposit is essential to bind each week's reservation
A $110 - $250 Deposit is required to bind daily reservations, depending on selected accommodations

Rates are subject to Mass. Room Tax 9.7%

Cancellation Refund Policy:

Cancellations made 30 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund of deposit, minus a $50.00 processing fee.
Cancellations made 30 days or less to the arrival date will receive a full refund of deposit, minus a $100.00 late cancellation and processing fee.
