Please Note:
*Extra persons are $10 per night, $50 per week, with no charge for children under the age of two.
From June 11th to July 2nd there is a 2 night minimum on weekends.
From July 3rd to September 6th all DOWNSTAIRS One Room and Two Room Beachfront Efficiencies rent ONLY from Saturday to Saturday.
From July 3rd to September 6th all UPSTAIRS Beachfront Rooms have a 3 night minimum.
Holiday Weekends have a three night minimum
A $500 Deposit is essential to bind each week's reservation
A $110 - $400 Deposit is required to bind daily reservations, depending on selected accommodations
Rates are subject to Mass. Rooms Tax 9.7%

Check-In Time: Anytime after 2:00 p.m.
Check-Out Time: 10:00 a.m.

Cancellation Refund Policy:
Cancellations made 30 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund of deposit, minus a $50.00 processing fee.
Cancellations made 30 days or less to the arrival date will receive a full refund of deposit, minus a $100.00 late cancellation and processing fee.
