Please Note:
*Extra persons are $10 per night, $50 per week, with no charge for children under the age of two.
From June 11th to July 2nd and September 6th to October 24th there is a 2 night minimum on weekends,
unless we happen to have a one night slot available.
From July 3rd to August 28 the following applies:
- All DOWNSTAIRS One Room and Two Room Beachfront Efficiencies
rent ONLY from Saturday to Saturday
- All UPSTAIRS Beachfront Rooms have a 3 night minimum
- Both Cottages rent on a weekly, Saturday to Saturday, basis
Holiday Weekends have a three night minimum
A $500 Deposit is essential to bind each week's reservation
A $110 - $400 Deposit is required to bind daily reservations, depending on selected accommodations
Rates are subject to Mass. Rooms Tax 9.7%
Resort Policies:
Check-In Time: Anytime after 2:00 p.m.
Check-Out Time: 10:00 a.m.

Cancellation Refund Policy:
Cancellations made 30 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund of deposit, minus a $50.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made 30 days or less to the arrival date will receive a full refund of deposit, minus a $100.00 late cancellation fee.

We no longer have portable cribs available, sorry for any inconvenience.
Please note that we do not have air conditioning in our Beachfront Rooms and Garden View Rooms,
however there is air conditioning in the two cottages.
